It’s Election Day in the United States and there are five county-level races in Wright County. Sheriff Sean Deringer and County Attorney Brian Lutes are running unopposed in their bids for a second term. Three county commissioner races are also being contested.
Polls close at 8 p.m. and results will start rolling in about 10 p.m. and many races likely won’t be finished until the early morning hours Wednesday. Wright County will post the election results as races are finalized on the county website (www.co.wright.mn.us) and on the county’s Facebook page.
