The jury has been impaneled in the trial of Gregory Ulrich, who is facing one first-degree premeditated murder charge, four counts of first-degree premeditated attempted murder and numerous other charges stemming from the shooting and bombing at the Allina Crossroads Clinic in Buffalo Feb. 9, 2021.
A total of 16 jurors were selected – 12 that will hear the case and four alternates. Opening statements are scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. Monday, May 23. Opening statements are expected to be brief – likely less than one hour – and witnesses will begin taking the stand following opening statements Monday afternoon.
