The Minnesota Department of Transportation has announced a change to the road work that will be done in preparation of moving four lanes of traffic to the westbound lanes of I-94 between Highway 25 in Monticello and CSAH 8 in Hasty/Silver Creek Township.
The work, which was announced yesterday, set the start time for lane and shoulder work as 6 p.m. today (April 8). Work is now scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Sunday, April 10. The end date (10 a.m. Monday, April 18) remains the same. Weather permitting all eastbound traffic will be diverted to westbound lanes as early as April 18. The work is scheduled to be completed on that segment of I-94, as well as work between St. Michael and Albertville by Friday, Aug. 12.
