For those interested in knowing more about the actions taken by the Wright County Board of Commissioners, there are ways to keep up to date on the decisions made at the county board level.
Every Friday before a county meeting, the agenda and accompanying materials are available on the county website shortly after noon. The agenda can be found on the main page of the county website (www.co.wright.mn.us) under the “Agendas & Minutes” tab at the top of the page.
There are also two ways to see board meetings if you can’t attend. Board meetings are held at 9 a.m. Tuesdays and are livestreamed on the county’s YouTube page. That can be accessed at the county’s website by clicking on the “County Board Video” tab on the left side of the screen or by clicking here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8E7I0JyNFXMDrYvMUWtZmA. The livestream typically begins approximately five minutes before the start of the meeting. If you are unavailable to watch the live stream, a recorded version of the meeting can be found Tuesday afternoons on the “Agendas & Minutes” page as a TV icon to the right side of the agenda.
If there are issues before the county board of importance to you, opportunities are available to see what goes into the decisions made at the board level.
