Highway 24 in downtown Annandale will be closed from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. today for the annual Trick-or-Treat Car Parade. Through traffic is asked to use Poplar Avenue or Highway 55 as alternate routes. Motorists are asked to use caution and slow down in the area because there will be a higher than normal number of children in the area and they may not be darting into traffic
