Wright County Health & Human Services - Make an Appointment

Wright County Health & Human Services has remained hard at work during the COVID-19 emergency. We have been working remotely aided by technology and new guidelines set out by MN Dept of Human Services which temporarily removes requirements for face to face meetings. We can continue to provide services to you via phone or video-conference. If you need to speak to someone in person, please see your options below to set an appointment. WCHHS will only see customers by appointment at our Government Center 3rd Floor and our Human Services Center locations. Please scroll down for information on each area.
