Brush 2 times a day for 2 minutes each time with fluoride toothpaste
Floss 1 time every day (flossing should not hurt, although there may be discomfort the first few times after you start flossing)

Children’s Dental Services
Children’s Dental Services is a mobile dental care team that comes to the Health and Human Services building twice each month. They can provide most routine dental treatments such as cleanings, fluoride, sealants, exams, x-rays, fillings, crowns, and extractions.
Regardless of income, all children and adults up to age 26 and pregnant women of any age are eligible for dental services. Children's Dental Services accepts all forms of insurance and offers reduced-cost care using an income-based sliding scale.
