Programs Offered

Child and Teen Checkups- Periodic examinations or screenings for individuals age zero to 21 assure that health problems are diagnosed and treated early, before they become more complex and treatment becomes more costly.

Follow Along Program- Babies and young children grow and learn at their own rate. However, some children need special help to grow up healthy and learn skills such as sitting, walking, or talking. Follow Along will help you know if your child is playing, talking, growing, moving, and acting like other children the same age. Enroll here or call 763-682-7468 with questions.
Help Me Grow- This program provides resources addressing developmental milestones, helps families learn if there are concerns regarding their child's growth and development and assists them in finding support.
