Hiking

The Wright County Park System contains miles of paved, limestone aggregate, and natural surface trails. Enjoy the trail system year-round! Paved trails are designed for bicycling, rollerblading, jogging, and hiking. Limestone aggregate trails are designed for bicycling, jogging, and hiking. The natural surface trails are for hiking / jogging.

Biking

The Wright County Park System contains miles of paved, limestone aggregate, and natural surface trails. Enjoy the trail system year-round! Paved trails are designed for bicycling, rollerblading, jogging, and hiking. Limestone aggregate trails are designed for bicycling, jogging, and hiking. The natural surface trails are designed for hiking and jogging, at Bertram Chain of Lakes Regional Park there are 14 miles of purpose built natural surface trail for mountain biking.  All other natural surfaced trails are closed to bikers.

Equine

The Wright County Parks Department offers several parks in which to enjoy horseback riding.  Both Robert Ney Regional Regional Park and Stanley Eddy Regional Park have dedicated horseback trails.

To help keep the trails in good condition, please refrain from riding during wet conditions.
