Cast Vote Records are provided to the public in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 206.845, subd. 3. This data has been randomized to remove indications of the date, time, or order in which a voter cast a ballot. If there were any precincts in which fewer than ten votes were cast, those precincts will not be provided. If the Cast Vote Records for a precinct do not include all ballots cast for that precinct, data for that precinct will not be provided. No images are provided, including images of write-in votes.
Overvote: A condition of a voted ballot in which more votes have been cast for a question or office than the number of votes that the voter is lawfully entitled to cast.
Undervote: A condition of a voted ballot in which fewer votes have been cast for an issue or office than permitted by law.
Write-in, if any: The voter filled in the oval to cast a write-in vote. If a voter did write-in on the line next to the oval, that image is not provided in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 206.845, subd. 3.
