Children 18 years of age and under who are uninsured, underinsured, enrolled in a state health plan, or are American Indian/Alaska Native are eligible. Minnesota law requires children enrolled in child care, early childhood education, or school to be immunized against certain diseases, unless the child is medically or non-medically exempt.
