To apply for Child Care Assistance, complete all forms in the "Forms to Complete and Return" section below.  Make sure you include all requested verifications with your application.  Return your completed application as soon as possible to Wright County Human Services, 10 2nd Street NW, Room 300, Buffalo, MN 55313-1191.

After you have submitted the application and all verifications, the county will determine if you are eligible to receive Child Care Assistance.  The county has 30 days to process your application.  They will notify you by mail whether your application has been approved or denied.
