CSAH 75 Bridge Removal and Roadway Realignment - City of Monticello

Construction activities for 2011 were completed in October on CSAH 75 west of Monticello. The final layer of blacktop, shoulder work and final seeding will be finished next spring to complete all work on this project. Work in 2012 will be done under traffic. This project was intended to be done over a two year period. The prime contractor for this project is R. L. Larson Excavating from St. Cloud, MN. Adopt-A-Highway Program

A formal Adopt-A-Highway Program was approved by the Wright County Board of Commissioners on March 12, 1991. This program allows interested citizens and community organizations to adopt a segment of county highway for the purpose of helping keep it free of litter. Those who commit to picking up litter three times a year for a minimum of two years are recognized as an Adopt-A-Highway participant, and those who pick up litter once a year are recognized as a Pick-A-Highway participant.
