The City of Buffalo will be continuing utility and road construction projects around the Government Center this summer.   Work on 2nd Street NW is began on March 26th, and will require re-routing traffic near the Government Center.  In order to maintain accessibility for the public, temporary changes will be made to traffic flow and parking arrangements.  The Government Center will not be accessible via 2nd Street NW after April 2nd.  Visitors to the Government Center are advised to use CSAH 35.  A temporary ingress will be constructed off of CSAH 35 to allow access to the public parking lots via two way travel in the alley east of the Government Center.  Please see the attached map for traffic flow changes in this area.  The East Lot will be temporarily designated as public parking during construction.   Public parking is also available in the parking lot west of the Government Center accessible  from  1st Ave NW.    Parking Map
