[ARCHIVED] Campground Reservations Open Monday

Campground Reservations will open at 8 a.m. Monday, March 1 for the 2021 Camping season. Our season will start on Friday, April 30, 2021 and run through Saturday, October 2, 2021. For those that might be wondering, we still have a few restrictions in place due to COVID and we are hopeful that those will be loosened up as we near the start of the season.

As most are aware, we are using a new reservation system this year and we hope that you will find it user friendly. There are a few things to be aware of.

  1. Make sure you are using the correct reservation site. In your browser you should see “perfectmind” somewhere in the web address. If not, you are in the wrong site.
  2. If a site is in your cart it will not be guaranteed until you finalize payment. It will not place a hold on the site for you, which means more than one person could have the site in their cart and whoever pays first will be the one to get it. You will receive a message of “Oops…something went wrong.” If you receive this message you will need to check sites. We recommend that you not try to reserve multiple sites under one name as this will make your process longer and creates a greater risk of losing sites as you try to pay.
  3. Sites that are shown as red on the map are unavailable due to either COVID regulations, maintenance issues, or they are a seasonal site that is occupied through our seasonal site process that is finalized in January.
  4. Group camps are only available to reserve by contacting the office via email at or by calling 763-682-7894 or 763-682-7693. Group campsites are limited to three households and a max of 15 people at this time due to COVID guidelines.
  5. The new campground at Bertram Chain of Lakes is not available for reservation currently, we hope to announce in June an opening date for the campground.

We would like to thank you in advance for choosing to recreate and camp with Wright County Parks and Recreation. Monday, March 1 will be a busy morning and the site will receive lots of traffic. We wish you good luck and we are excited to see everyone this season.
