Starting today, the Minnesota Department of Health has a new vaccine distribution dashboard dealing with the rollout of the COVID-19 vaccine. According to the initial data that is provided, just 1.8 percent of Wright County (using old population data) have received the vaccine.
The MDH dashboard lists the population of Wright County at 132,745, while preliminary 2020 Census data has the county’s population at 140,441. The number of vaccines rolled out to county residents is 2,363, which is 1.8 percent of the MDH population estimate, but less than 1.7 percent using the more up-to-date population figures.
The dashboard will be updated daily and can be found here: https://mn.gov/covid19/vaccine/data/index.jsp
