The Minnesota Department of Education has released a comprehensive “Safe Learning Plan for 2020-21” to address the numerous unanswered questions related to the state’s three-tiered, individualized-by-district plan to open schools in September.
The plan includes explanations of the different learning models, frequently asked questions, the Safe Learning Plan document for the 2020-21 school year, Executive Order 20-82 (which explains the plan), 14-day COVID-19 data case rates by county and the PowerPoint presented by Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz during the July 30 announcement.
