    To make sure there is available space in each class, you must pre-register by calling Terri Burkhart or emailing. Class fees are non-refundable unless you reschedule. A minimum of ten participants need to be registered in order to hold class. Class will be canceled one week prior to class if the minimum is not met. No admittance after class has started. Child Care Provider Training

    Participants receive: -- A light breakfast -- A Choosey CD -- Training credit for 4 hours Pre-registration is required in order to make sure that enough materials and space are available. Registration deadline: September 22nd, 2017. (We reserve the right to cancel the training is there are fewer than 10 registered participants.

Reduced cost services include: Immunizations to all ages (CALL for pricing and eligibility details), FREE blood pressure checks, Hemoglobin A1C-Hemoglobin-Diabetes-Cholesterol screenings, Mantoux tests, FREE pregnancy testing, and Car Seat Checks. Also available is dental fluoride application, radon test kits, and well testing kits. Education available regarding health concerns, child development, healthy lifestyles, and more.
