Wright County Public Health's Wellness Done wRight Clinic is a place where the community can come for numerous health services and education about living a healthy, active lifestyle. The clinic is staffed with a trained Public Health Nurse.
We offer our services to children birth to 21 years who are uninsured, underinsured, or on a Minnesota Health Care Program (MA, MnCare, PMAP).

Payment is based on a sliding fee scale and billable to Medical Assistance and Minnesota Care.
-Lab Testing: cholesterol, diabetes (blood glucose), hemoglobin, and lead
-Hearing & vision exam
-Height, weight, & Body Mass Index (BMI)
-Dental Fluoride application
-Information on good physical health, social and emotional health, age appropriate growth & development, parental guidance, and additional resources available
*This exam does not qualify as a Sports Physical*
*Clinic staff are unable to diagnose and prescribe; a referral will be made to a physician if necessary*
