Wellness Done wRight Clinic

Wright County Public Health is proud to announce our Wellness Done wRight Clinic; a place where the community can come for numerous health services and education about living a healthy, active lifestyle. The clinic is staffed with a trained Public Health Nurse. We offer our services to children birth to 21 years who are uninsured, underinsured, or on a Minnesota Health Care Program (MA, MnCare, PMAP).

  • Immunizations
  • Lab Testing
    •     Cholesterol
    •     Diabetes (blood glucose)
    •     Hemoglobin
    •     Lead   
  • Well Child Exam (children over 6 months)
  • Hearing & Vision exam
  • Height, weight, & Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Dental Fluoride application

Well Child Exams include… 
All above services, plus information on:  

  • Good physical health
  • Social and emotional health
  • Age appropriate growth & development
  • Parental guidance
  • Resources and Services available

*This exam does not qualify as a Sports Physical*

  • Payment is based on a sliding scale fee and billable to Medical Assistance and Minnesota Care
  • Call 763-682-7516 with further questions, to determine eligibility, or to schedule an appointment.
  • Clinic staff are unable to diagnose and prescribe; a referral will be made to a Physician if necessary. 

What to bring to an appointment:

  • Current immunization record
  • List of current medications
  • Completed paperwork (for well child exam)
  • Insurance card
