Wright County Public Health's Wellness Done wRight Clinic is a place where the community can come for numerous health services and education about living a healthy, active lifestyle. The clinic is staffed with trained Public Health Nurses.
We offer our services to children birth to 21 years who are uninsured, underinsured, or on a Minnesota Health Care Program (MA, MnCare, PMAP).

Payment is based on a sliding fee scale and billable to Medical Assistance and Minnesota Care.

Hearing & vision exam
Lab Testing: hemoglobin, lead, cholesterol, and diabetes (blood glucose)
Dental Fluoride application
Information on good physical health, social and emotional health, age appropriate growth and development, parental guidance, and additional resources are available.
