Child and Teen Checkups are periodic examinations or screenings that are delivered according to a set schedule assuring that health problems are diagnosed and treated early, before they become more complex and treatment becomes more costly.
Children's Dental Services will be taking patients at the Wright County Health & Human Services Center on the 3rd Wednesday of every month. They will serve children and young adults from birth-26 years and pregnant women of any age.
The Follow Along Program is a free, statewide program that supports young children who are at risk for experiencing developmental delays. This program is a great way to learn about your child's growth and development, get ideas about what to teach your child and at what age, and a great way to find out about other programs and services available to you and your child.
Help Me Growprovides resources for families to look at developmental milestones, to learn if there are concerns, and to take the lead in seeking additional support.
The Wellness Done wRight Clinic is located within the Wright County Health & Human Services Building and offers a variety of services to children and families who are uninsured, underinsured, or on a Minnesota Health Care Plan (MA, MnCare, PMAP).
