Wright County Sheriff's Office - Corrections
This division is responsible for the incarceration of Wright County prisoners for up to one year, as licensed by the Minnesota Department of Corrections. The present Wright County Jail was built in 2009 and has a licensed capacity of 224 inmates.
In Accordance with the National Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) of 2003. The Wright County Jail has a Policy of zero tolerance with regard to sexual abuse and sexual harassment in this facility and will take appropriate affirmative measures to protect all inmates from sexual abuse and harassment and to promptly and thoroughly investigate all allegations of sexual abuse and sexual harassment. The Wright County Sheriff’s Office will investigate any criminal allegations. Any person may report any allegation on the behalf of any inmate to the Wright County Sheriff’s Office at 1-800-362-3667 or to The Central Minnesota Sexual Assault Center at 1-800-237-5090.
In accordance with the Prison Rape Elimination Act, the Wright County Jail is required to undergo a PREA audit every 3 years. We are required to post a copy of the Final Report once the audit is completed.
The Jail Media Report is a listing of all adults recently booked into the Wright County Jail. The Jail Census is a complete listing of adults currently in custody. Weekly Booking Data is a report of the public booking information commonly requested from the jail. The Court Calendar is Adult in-custody persons that have court today. These reports are updated and published daily Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.
